palm is proving to be quite tough growing in Sydney to the south and Cairns
in the north. When young, leaves have a window section cut into them. As
the plants matures it will look like a coconut " perfect for that tropical

Growing
Climate: -There
is a second species that does not have the window and has a thicker leaf
this species is slower growing but is more cold tolerant and would be worth
trying in a colder climate. As far south as maybe Melbourne. |
